18650 batteries, the product comes with two
battery covers. If the 18650 battery used is
shorter than the provided one, please use the
shorter battery cover.

Under normal use and maintenance conditions, if the product experiences performance failure due to material, process, or manufacturing problems during the warranty period, we promise to provide warranty service. Warranty period
Starting date of warranty period:
- a) The warranty period for products purchased through an Infitac certified distributor or dealer shall commence from the date of purchase as indicated on the invoice;
- b) If a valid purchase invoice is not available, the warranty period will be calculated from the date of delivery of the product from Infitac manufacturing.

Within 30 days from the date of the first purchase (inclusive), if the purchased product performances failure, and Infitac after-sales service engineers tested to confirm that the problem is caused by the product’s own failure, customer can choose to exchange or free of charge repairs.
The following conditions do not belong to the scope of free warranty:
- a) The device nameplate and SN bar code are damaged and cannot be identified.
- b) Any modification, disassembly, or repair not authorized by Infitac is prohibited.
- c) Failure or damage caused by personal misuse or failure to follow the product's instructions for use, maintenance, or storage is not covered by the warranty.
- d) Damage caused by transportation, loading, or unloading during repair is not covered by the warranty.
- e) The warranty does not cover product damage caused by accidents or intentional damage, such as liquid spills, drops, inappropriate voltage input, etc.
- f) Damage caused by impact, fire, lightning strikes, flooding, human negligence, natural disasters, or force majeure events are not covered by the warranty.
Return & Refund Policy
Return & Refund Conditions:
- We reserve the right to deny a return/refund claim if, upon inspection, the unit does not meet the required conditions.
- All products must be returned in original or unused condition and contain all accessories including adaptor, spanner, screws, USB cable, and other inserts within the original box. In the event of damage or missing items, or not in original condition for reasons not due to our error, we require customers to send remaining parts back to us at your own expense. Otherwise, we will charge 15% of the item price depending on the item’s condition.
- Please note that for accessory-type products, such as the Fast Mini series adaptors & mounts, we only offer replacement services and do not provide refunds. Additionally, for PC01 and BC01, returns are not accepted if the issue is not related to product quality.
- Please note that once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled.
- We do not accept returns due to scams and people swapping products.
- Worry-Free Purchase Insurance is non-refundable once purchased, regardless of return eligibility for the associated product.
How to Apply for a Return Not Related to Quality Issues
Refunds are only applicable to items purchased directly from infitacusa.com. We reserve the right to deny claim for return/refund if it is determined the unit does not meet the requirements upon inspection.
We will charge a restocking fee of 15% (calculated on the total purchase) for a return or exchange not related to quality issues.

We will review your request within 1–3 business days. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label. We will cover your return shipping costs. Please ensure the product is packaged securely, as we are not responsible for items damaged during return transit, nor are we liable for lost items. How to switch to Clip-On mode quickly?
There are two ways to switch to Clip-On mode：
① Enter the main menu, select the “clip on” option, and choose to enter or exit Clip-On mode.
② On the home screen, long press the photo button and the power button simultaneously for 2 seconds to switch between Clip-On mode and standalone mode.
How long is the battery life of IOL25?
The IOL25 can usually operate 6 hours at room temperature, the actual working time depends on the use intensity of the product.
Does the flash killer（ARD）affect the thermal sight imaging?
No. The flash killer（ARD）only reduces lens glare for better concealment. It does not block infrared signals and has no noticeable impact on image clarity or detection range. If you prefer not to use it, you can remove it.
What can I do on the INFITAC APP？
After the APP connects to the IOTS, you can:
1. View the IOTS real-time image and take photos and videos.
2. View, download, share, and delete photos and videos saved on the IOTS.
3. Adjust IOTS settings such as the image color palette and digital zoom level.
4. Synchronize the date and time from the mobile device.
5. Update the IOTS firmware.
Which platforms is the IOTS compatible with?
The IOTS comes with a Picatinny mount and mounts directly to weapons with Picatinny/Weaver rails such as rifles (e.g., AR-15, hunting bolt-action rifles)
Will the IOTS function in harsh environments?
Yes. With an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating and shock-resistant design, the IOTS perform reliably in rain, snow, dust, and extreme temperatures. They provide stable imaging day or night, even in smoke or light cover.
