At Infitac, we strive to provide a seamless and secure shipping experience for our customers. Our shipping policy ensures timely processing and delivery of your order, with clear guidelines on order verification, shipping rates, and insurance options.
Warranty Policy
Under normal use and maintenance conditions, if the product experiences performance failure due to material, process, or manufacturing problems during the warranty period, we promise to provide warranty service. Warranty period
Starting date of warranty period:
- a) The warranty period for products purchased through an Infitac certified distributor or dealer shall commence from the date of purchase as indicated on the invoice;
- b) If a valid purchase invoice is not available, the warranty period will be calculated from the date of delivery of the product from Infitac manufacturing.

Within 30 days from the date of the first purchase (inclusive), if the purchased product performances failure, and Infitac after-sales service engineers tested to confirm that the problem is caused by the product’s own failure, customer can choose to exchange or free of charge repairs.
The following conditions do not belong to the scope of free warranty:
- a) The device nameplate and SN bar code are damaged and cannot be identified.
- b) Any modification, disassembly, or repair not authorized by Infitac is prohibited.
- c) Failure or damage caused by personal misuse or failure to follow the product's instructions for use, maintenance, or storage is not covered by the warranty.
- d) Damage caused by transportation, loading, or unloading during repair is not covered by the warranty.
- e) The warranty does not cover product damage caused by accidents or intentional damage, such as liquid spills, drops, inappropriate voltage input, etc.
- f) Damage caused by impact, fire, lightning strikes, flooding, human negligence, natural disasters, or force majeure events are not covered by the warranty.
Return & Refund Policy
Return & Refund Conditions:
- We reserve the right to deny a return/refund claim if, upon inspection, the unit does not meet the required conditions.
- All products must be returned in original or unused condition and contain all accessories including adaptor, spanner, screws, USB cable, and other inserts within the original box. In the event of damage or missing items, or not in original condition for reasons not due to our error, we require customers to send remaining parts back to us at your own expense. Otherwise, we will charge 15% of the item price depending on the item’s condition.
- Please note that for accessory-type products, such as the Fast Mini series adaptors & mounts, we only offer replacement services and do not provide refunds. Additionally, for PC01 and BC01, returns are not accepted if the issue is not related to product quality.
- Please note that once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled.
- We do not accept returns due to scams and people swapping products.
- Worry-Free Purchase Insurance is non-refundable once purchased, regardless of return eligibility for the associated product.
How to Apply for a Return Not Related to Quality Issues
Refunds are only applicable to items purchased directly from infitacusa.com. We reserve the right to deny claim for return/refund if it is determined the unit does not meet the requirements upon inspection.
We will charge a restocking fee of 15% (calculated on the total purchase) for a return or exchange not related to quality issues.
For non-quality-related return requests, please submit an application through our Return Center.

We will review your request within 1–3 business days. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label. We will cover your return shipping costs. Please ensure the product is packaged securely, as we are not responsible for items damaged during return transit, nor are we liable for lost items. Clearly write the RMA number from the Return Center system on the outside of the package. Allow up to 15 days for your package to be received and processed.
Please note that Infitac does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
- A product that is custom configured or branded to your personal specifications.
- A product purchased from a third-party retail partner.
- Returns due to fraudulent activity or attempts to swap products.

FAQs
Does the IoT link require internet or cellular service?
No. The IOTS to DNVS-14 Pro connection is a local wireless link; no router, SIM, or data plan required.
Does helmet viewing affect my weapon zero?
No. The link only mirrors the sight’s view. Confirm zero on a range after any firmware or mount changes later.
When should I use PIP mode or FULL mode on the DNVS-14 Pro?
PIP mode is useful during general movement, as it preserves overall situational awareness while keeping the thermal feed visible in a smaller window. FULL mode is better suited for inspecting details or performing a final check before committing to movement.
Can I control settings or review files through a mobile device?
Yes. Both the IOTS and DNVS-14 Pro can connect to the INFITAC App for parameter adjustment, live preview, file transfer, and firmware updates. Mobile control is best used during setup, configuration, or after-action review—not during live movement.
What can I do on the INFITAC APP？
After the app connects to the device, you can:
- View the live image and capture photos and videos.
- View, download, share, and delete photos and videos stored on the device.
- Adjust device settings such as the image color palette and digital zoom level.
- Synchronize the date and time with your mobile device.
- Update the device firmware.
