At NYX Vision Inc., we are committed to providing customers with a smooth and secure shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy and order verification details below:

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • All in-stock items will ship within 1-3 business days from the date the order is processed.
  • Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available, and customers will be notified of any delays.

Order Verification and Fraud Prevention

To ensure the security of all transactions and prevent fraudulent activity, if an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, it will be temporarily placed on hold while we verify the provided information.

lf you receive an email from support@infitacusa.com requesting verification, please be assured this is a legitimate request and not a fraudulent message.

To complete the verification process, we kindly ask you to provide the following details:
1. The billing address associated with your order.
2. Any additional information that may assist us in verifying your order.


Once we receive and verify this information, we will promptly process your order and send you the tracking details. For your privacy and security, please note that if we do not receive the requested verification within 5 business days, we may HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

Shipping Rates & Insurance

Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free shipping. Please note that a delivery signature will be required upon receipt, except for accessory-only orders.

Insurance: For added protection, customers can purchase additional shipping insurance at checkout through our partner, Seel. This is highly recommended for orders over $200.

Shipping Protection

Seel Worry-Free Purchase

For all orders except for accessory-only orders, a Signature Required feature is included to ensure your package is delivered securely to an authorized recipient. For added peace of mind, customers may choose to add Shipping Protection for 2% of the total purchase at checkout. Shipping Protection covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If an issue arises, please contact our support team at support@infitacusa.com directly for assistance with claims or initiate a claim at Resolution Center. To initiate a claim, please provide necessary documentation, such as tracking information and any supporting loss reports.

Without Shipping Protection

All orders are automatically insured up to $200. If you choose not to purchase additional shipping protection, NYX Vision Inc. will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged packages or delivery delays beyond this amount.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection provided by Seel at checkout for orders over $200.
  • Without shipping protection, NYX Vision Inc. will not be responsible for any issues such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages, delivery delays, or any circumstances beyond our control. In this case, if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we strongly recommend contacting the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) directly for assistance. They will be able to help resolve the issue.

Other Shipping Notes

  • We only ship to valid U.S. addresses. If the customer provides an invalid or incomplete address, we may contact the customer for clarification or cancel the order.
  • NYX Vision Inc. is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or any external factors that may impact delivery once the package has left our facility.
  • We reserve the right to use our preferred shipping methods unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Unless the customer has a special request for expedited shipping (please contact official@infitacusa.com, and we may charge additional fees based on the customer’s location and urgency), we will default to UPS for the shipment. Please note that all orders, except for accessories, will require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure logistics for both parties.

The customer may choose their preferred shipping method on the checkout page:


● Economy: 5 to 8 business days


● Standard: 3 to 4 business days

Shipping fees will be calculated automatically based on the customer’s shipping address during checkout. We will select the carrier based on the shipping method the customer chooses—typically, Economy is shipped via UPS Ground, and Standard is shipped via UPS 3 Day Select.

Because we default to using UPS for shipping, please ensure that the customer provides a valid shipping address suitable for UPS (not a P.O. Box) when placing the order. If we discover that the address provided by the customer is a P.O. Box during the shipping label purchase, we reserve the right to hold the order and contact the customer to modify the address to one that is suitable for UPS. If we are unable to reach the customer, we will hold the order for 5 business days. After 5 business days, the order’s shipping priority will expire, and we may have to cancel the order.

Important Note: If the carrier delivers the package without obtaining a signature from the customer, resulting in lost, stolen, or damaged items, and the customer did not purchase shipping protection, the customer will need to contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If shipping protection is not purchased, NYX Vision Inc. will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
