Return & Refund Conditions:
1. We reserve the right to deny a return/refund claim if, upon inspection, the unit does not meet the required conditions.
2. All products must be returned in original or unused condition and contain all accessories including adaptor, spanner, screws, USB cable , and other inserts within the original box.
In the event of damage or missing items, or not in original condition for reasons not due to our error, we require customers to send remaining parts back to us at your own expense.
Otherwise, we will charge 15% of the item price depending on the items condition.
3. Please note that Infitacusa does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
- A product that is custom configured or branded to your personal specifications.
- A product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.
4. Please note that for accessory-type products, such as the Fast Mini series adaptors & mounts, we only offer replacement services and do not provide refunds.

5. Please note that we do not cancel orders once placed.
6. We do not accept returns due to scams and people swapping products.
How to apply for a return not related to quality issues
Refunds are accepted only for products purchased within 15 days directly from infitacusa.com. We will charge restocking fee of 15% (calculated on the total purchase) for a return not related to quality issues.
For non-quality-related return requests, please submit an application through our Return Center.
We will review your request within 1-3 business days. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label. We will cover your return shipping costs. Please ensure the product is packaged securely, as we are not responsible for items damaged during return transit, nor are we liable for lost items. Clearly write the RMA number from Return Center system on the outside of the package. Allow up to 10 days for your package to be received and processed.

Product Quality-Related Return/Refund
If you wish to return an item due to a perceived product quality issue, or for an exchange or free repairs, please follow the steps below:
Refunds are accepted for products purchased within 15 days directly from infitacusa.com. Once we receive the product and confirm its validity, we can refund the full purchase price. Exchanges are accepted for products purchased within 30 days.
●Please complete the RMA Application Form to request an RMA.

●Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
●Ensure the product is packaged securely. We are not responsible for items damaged during transit.
●We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not liable for lost items.
