- A product that is custom configured or branded to your personal specifications.
- A product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.
3. Please note that for accessory-type products, such as the Fast Mini series adaptors & mounts, we only offer replacement services and do not provide refunds. For replacement services, please contact our support team at support@infitacusa.com.
4. Please note that we do not cancel orders once placed.
5. We do not accept returns due to scams and people swapping products.
How to apply for a return not related to quality issues
Returns are accepted for products purchased within 15 days from infitacusa.com. Refunds are applicable only to items bought directly from InfiTacUSA. Once we receive the product and confirm its validity, we can refund the full purchase price.
For non-quality-related return requests, please submit an application through our Return Center. We will review your request within 1-3 business days. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label. We will cover your return shipping costs. Please ensure the product is packaged securely, as we are not responsible for items damaged during return transit, nor are we liable for lost items. Clearly write the RMA number from Return Center system on the outside of the package. Allow up to 10 days for your package to be received and processed.
