In accordance with U.S. Export Control Laws, many of our digital and thermal devices, including riflescopes, are subject to export control regulations under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). As such, the movement of such products outside of the United States is restricted and requires compliance with the necessary export controls.

For domestic sales within the United States, it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that the item can be legally sold, transferred, or resold to another party either within or outside of the U.S., in accordance with ITAR and EAR regulations.
