Certain products manufactured, distributed, or sold by INFITAC LLC, including digital, optical, thermal imaging, riflescope, and related products, may be subject to the EAR and may be classified under specific Export Control Classification Numbers (“ECCNs”) or as EAR99. Depending on the product classification, destination, end user, and end use, the export, re-export, transfer, resale, release, or shipment of such products, software, technology, or technical information may be restricted and may require prior authorization from the U.S. Government.

INFITAC LLC ships only to addresses within the United States and does not ship to any person or address outside the United States. For domestic sales, customers are also responsible for ensuring that any purchase, use, transfer, resale, export, re-export, or other disposition of INFITAC products complies with the EAR and all other applicable U.S. laws and regulations.

Customers may not purchase, use, transfer, export, re-export, resell, or otherwise provide any INFITAC product, software, technology, or technical information to any prohibited destination, restricted party, sanctioned party, or for any prohibited end use under applicable U.S. law.

By purchasing or using INFITAC products or services, you represent and warrant that you will comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations. Violations of these laws and regulations may result in significant civil and/or criminal penalties.
