We have become aware that certain unauthorized third parties are engaging in fraudulent activities by falsely advertising and selling counterfeit versions of Infitac products through various online platforms. More alarmingly, we have recieved reports that come suspicious website are offering our products at allegedly discounted prices. However, after payment, the package is never delivered — a clear case of non-delivery scam.

lWe would like to clarify that these unlawful operations constitute both trademark infringement and consumer fraud. These counterfeit versions are NOT manufactured by Infitac’s authorized manufacturer, and are created with improper use of our company logo. We do not offer appraisals, warranties, replacement of products suspected to be counterfeit, nor shall we be responsible for accidents, defects, and damages incurred by counterfeit products.

We strongly recommend:

1. Avoiding  purchases from the unauthorized channels and suspicious websites

2. Never sharing payment information with unverified sellers
