Infitac Price Adjustment Policy

If we reduce the price of a product on infitacusa.com shortly after your purchase, whether through a regular price reduction or a publicly available promotional discount, you may be eligible for a refund of the price difference under the terms outlined below. This policy covers price reductions on our website only; it does not match prices offered by other sellers.

1. Eligible Purchases and Price Reductions

This policy applies only to paid, non-canceled orders placed directly through infitacusa.com.

To qualify, your order must have been placed within the 15 calendar days immediately preceding the date the qualifying lower price first becomes available. For IOTS Series products, this period is 30 calendar days. For temporary promotions, the eligibility period is calculated from the start date of the promotion. The order date shown in your order confirmation determines eligibility.

The lower price must apply to the identical product, including the same model, SKU, configuration, and condition.

A qualifying price reduction includes both regular retail price reductions and publicly available promotional discounts offered on infitacusa.com, including limited-time sales, seasonal promotions, and publicly available promotional codes.

Purchases from distributors, dealers, third-party marketplaces, or any website other than infitacusa.com are not eligible.

Personalized offers, customer-specific discounts, bundle deals, gift-with-purchase promotions, and other offers that do not provide a directly comparable lower price for the identical product are excluded.

2. How to Submit a Request

Email support@infitacusa.com  with your order number, the product involved, and the lower price you are requesting us to review.

For regular retail price reductions, we must receive your request within 30 calendar days after the lower price takes effect.

For temporary promotions, including limited-time sales, seasonal promotions, and publicly available promotional codes, requests must be submitted during the active promotional period and within 30 calendar days after the promotion begins. Requests submitted after the promotion ends are not eligible for a promotional price adjustment.

Requests submitted within the applicable deadline will remain eligible for review even if the promotion ends or our review is completed after the deadline.

We typically respond within five business days of receiving your request. If additional information is needed, we will contact you. Some requests may require additional review time.

3. Refund Calculation

The refund equals the positive difference between:

• The net pre-tax amount paid for each eligible unit, after applicable discounts and coupons and any prior price-adjustment refunds; and
• The lower pre-tax price for the identical unit on infitacusa.com, after applying any eligible publicly available promotional discounts or promotional codes.

Any order-level discount will be allocated proportionately among the applicable items.

No refund is due if the calculated difference is zero or negative. Total price-adjustment refunds for an item will not exceed the net pre-tax amount originally paid for that item.

Shipping charges and other non-product fees are excluded from the price-difference calculation. Any related sales tax adjustment will be calculated and refunded as required by applicable law.

Canceled or fully refunded items are not eligible. If an item is subsequently returned, any return refund will reflect the price adjustment already issued, so that the same amount is not refunded twice.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will initiate the refund within five business days after approval. After initiation, the refund will typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the original payment method cannot accept the refund, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative.

5. Policy Changes and Consumer Rights

Any changes to this policy will apply prospectively and will not reduce price-adjustment rights already provided for purchases made before the change takes effect.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law or replace our separate return and warranty policies.
