Program Details
Who Can Join
- Anyone who shops on the official INFITAC website can participate in the INFITAC Rewards Program.
- Membership is free. Create or sign in to your INFITAC account to view your points balance, access referral rewards, and redeem available rewards.
- Eligible guest purchases may be credited after you create an account using the same email address.
Earn Points
Earn points when you shop and engage with INFITAC.
- Purchases: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on the eligible order amount after discounts.
- Create an account: Earn 10 points.
- Subscribe to our newsletter: Earn 25 points. Available once per customer.
- Write a product review: Earn 75 points for each approved review.
- Add your birthday: Earn 80 points.
- Follow INFITAC on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok: Earn 25 points for each eligible action.
- Share INFITAC through an eligible sharing activity: Earn 30 points.
Purchase points remain pending for 30 days after payment and are approved if the order is not cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Points for eligible non-purchase activities are normally issued after the activity has been completed and verified.
Refer a Friend

Invite friends to discover INFITAC and earn rewards together.
- Sign in to your INFITAC account and copy your unique referral link.
- Share the link with a friend who has never purchased from INFITAC.
- Your friend must visit INFITAC through your referral link, create a new account, and complete the required verification.
- Your friend receives a $50 reward toward an eligible purchase.
- You receive a $50 reward after your friend completes their first qualifying purchase.
Referral rewards are available only for genuine new-customer referrals. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, cancelled orders, returned orders, and fraudulent activity are not eligible.
The referring member’s reward may remain pending until the qualifying order has been approved.
Redeem Rewards
Sign in to your INFITAC account to view and redeem your available rewards.
- Redeem points for eligible gift cards and free products.
- The number of points required is displayed with each reward.
- Free-product rewards are subject to product availability and applicable shipping restrictions.
- Redeemed rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or converted back into points.
- Unless otherwise stated, rewards cannot be returned or exchanged after redemption.
- If an order using a reward is cancelled or refunded, the reward and redeemed points may not be automatically restored.
- Some rewards may not be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
Program Rules
- Only eligible purchases made directly through the official INFITAC website qualify for points and rewards. Purchases made through third-party platforms or other sales channels are not eligible.
- Each customer may maintain only one INFITAC Rewards account.
- Points, VIP status, referral benefits, and rewards cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or combined between accounts.
- Points associated with cancelled, returned, refunded, or disputed orders may be reduced or removed.
- Points and rewards obtained through duplicate accounts, self-referrals, abuse, or fraudulent activity may be cancelled.
- INFITAC reserves the right to review accounts and adjust, suspend, or cancel points and rewards in cases of suspected misuse.
- INFITAC may update the program, available rewards, point values, eligibility requirements, and related terms when necessary.
